CMC has been involved in the fabrication of waveguide assemblies since
1973. We have in house capability to provide complete waveguide assemblies
certified and shipped to site. In house manufacturing includes machining, silver
brazing/soldering or aluminum dip brazing, secondary machining, chromate
conversion coating (iridite/alodine), RF testing, assembly, rubber jacketing of
flex waveguide sections, part marking and painting. Work is performed utilizing
process travelers in an environment that conforms to MIL-I-45208.
